I love how the Lord works things out!! Nothing is coincidence with Him!! We had went to the new community Sarentza a few weeks ago, and I have not yet had the chance to go back there to do that hard trek:-) and visit those precious people again! But we bought lots of food and big huge bags of cookies especially for the children and their families. So I called Jaime (Praise the Lord, he has an inexpensive cell phone and as high as they are in the mountains, it has a signal!:-)! He was so excited to hear from me! He said that they have been waiting for me to call. I told him I could not come to them just yet, but I had things I’d like to give them, and he said, “It’s ok Sister Susan! We are not in the community today, we are near you in Puyo, can we come to your house and visit and get those things??” OH Praise the Lord!! Of course, I said yes!! So I cooked up some rice, some spaghetti soup and fried eggs. I thought it was only going to be him and his wife. However, when they arrived it was 10 of them in total from the community!! But Oh, what a beautiful sight!! I prayed over that rice and soup that the Lord would multiply it and He did!! Hallelujah! Everyone ate good!! And most of all, we talked about Jesus and visited and just had a wonderful time of fellowship in the Lord!!
I’m so excited for this new community and this new people who want to know more about Jesus and serve Him. What a blessing it was to see them today and spend time with them. I am so thankful how the Lord puts things together, all for His glory!!
