Delivering essentials to people in their homes is one of my favorite parts of the ministry. As the saying goes, we can’t reach people just by going to church, we have to take ‘church’ to them! Those of you that know me understand when I say that every interaction with someone is an opportunity to tell them about Jesus. ‘Giving’ them a bag of food, or clothes or a Bible means we provide nourishment for body and soul. We always invite them to church, love on them, learn about their needs, and most importantly tell them about Jesus and pray with them. Oh the wonderful ‘services’ we have doing these giveaways.
