During the expansion of our Puyo Church, we had to find a temporary building to use for services. After much prayer and fasting the Lord led me to a particular building. This location used to be a Nightclub. “Oh you shouldn’t have church in a Nightclub…” was one of the comments I heard from several people. But in fact, that’s exactly where we needed to have church for the time being! We went in and anointed every square foot of the building, commanding all the spirits that were there before to leave and inviting the Holy Ghost and fire to come on in, in the Name of Jesus!
A week or so after this, a member of my church approached me and wondered why I had not unlocked the door and let him in on a particular day that he was at the building. I assured him I wasn’t at the building on that day. “But I heard you, Pastora,” he said. “I walked around the entire building and in front, back, every side, I heard you praising the Lord! Five different times I heard your voice loudly saying, Glory to Jesus!”
So, yes, even though I was not at the church that day, he certainly did hear me praising! Because when you’re finished praying and worshipping, it doesn’t end there. In fact, that is just the beginning! That’s when things start happening! And oh my, great things are happening at the nightclub church! So many have repented of their sins, miraculous healings have taken place, so many delivered and set free! Although we are anxious to be in our new expanded church soon, I’m so glad that God sent us to this place temporarily and I rejoice in all the amazing things that He is doing here!
