Acts 20:35…” remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how He said that it is more blessed to give than to receive.” I have lived that scripture for 18 years here on the Mission Field. I can assure you that it is a powerful, true, faithful promise. No matter how much I give, of everything I have, many times even to the last bit of food in my home, I have NEVER done without! I cannot tell you how often that I have been out in the jungle communities giving away the very last of the food, clothing, Bibles, etc. that I had, and as soon as I make it back home, I have a message waiting from my sister, Ann (who is my Office Manager) telling me that someone has sent a donation for the EXACT same things that I just gave away! That has happened numerous times on end! It is just the Lord proving His Word is true over and over again!
This was a recent clothing giveaway at my church in Puyo and just as the ladies had finished selecting their favorites, and every piece was gone, I got a text from Ann saying to go and buy more, a donation had just come through for clothing. So it always blesses my heart so much when I see how happy and excited everyone gets at the distributions, knowing that Jesus is going to continue to provide and meet every need we have! Thank you to all of my faithful supporters that allow the Lord to use them to make this possible! You are such beautiful examples of His Word!
