While walking about in town today doing errands, I saw the man who has a deformity in his legs. I’ve blogged about him before. His condition makes it impossible for him to walk upright, so he must crawl on his hands and knees. He wears flip flops on his hands to protect them from the

Sra. Laura moved to the community of Talin, where we have a church, nearly a year ago now. She was excited to know there was a church there and immediately started coming. Sra. Laura has one of the most tender hearts I’ve ever seen. She weeps in the presence of the Lord almost every service.
The word, Apamama, is Kichwa for grandmother. That’s what we know her as. She lives deeper into the jungle than we do. But she has children and grandchildren who live in Puyo, so she comes here when she can. This is how we met Apamama. She is one of many generations of Kichwa who have

This morning while in town making some purchases, I saw a gentleman with a physical disability in his legs and feet. Because of this deformity, he had to crawl on his hands and knees. But in order to protect them from too much damage, he had put flip flops on his hands and rubber boots
