This morning while in town making some purchases, I saw a gentleman with a physical disability in his legs and feet. Because of this deformity, he had to crawl on his hands and knees. But in order to protect them from too much damage, he had put flip flops on his hands and rubber boots

This afternoon abut 2PM, while cleaning our Yantana church, some of the children came over to say ‘hello’ to us. Luis began to tell me that his mom and older brother were out of town. They have gone to another city for a few weeks to get some work. Luis and his 2 younger siblings,
A Grocery Trip, What An Adventure!

I just took a lady, Gladis, (who goes to our Puyo church), her daughter, Luci, and grandson, Carlos, to the grocery to buy food for their family. This grocery is one of 2 ‘bigger’ stores that we have here. Compared to the U.S., it is about the size of a convenience store. Gladis is 49
